The phrase is from Gunsmoke! It means to get out of town and is best said with your best drawl and snarl. LOL

Haha!!!

For some reason, that is the first phrase that popped into my mind when I first saw the recipe. Gunsmoke and peppermint frosted cupcakes don't really go together! :)
